Please follow the procedures below to submit an RMA.
- Contact your sale representative,
- Please have your invoice, product serial number(if available), and reason of return information handy,
- Fill out the RMA form and send to rma@akiwa.com to receive approved RMA number.
- Please allow 3-5 days for RMA to be processed,
- Representative will contact you with further instructions.
Note: NEVER return any item/part back to Akiwa, Inc. without approved RMA number. Akiwa, Inc. will not accept any return package without approved RMA number. Any return package to Akiwa, Inc., without an approved RMA number, will be rejecting and sending back to sender. Sender will pay for all returns' shipping charge, unless otherwise says so by Akiwa, Inc..
